Does anyone have feedback doing the TOPS online meetings?
I was thinking of maybe joining TOPS and doing the weigh in at a local meeting, skipping out and doing the meeting online.
I visited one TOPS meeting locally. I like the weigh-in accountability but the drawn out games/art project/ meeting business was a bit agonizing. I was hoping to hear some inspirational stories and tips.
I like the Weight Watchers format but looking for a cheaper alternative.
