Toppings bar...EMPTY! Has this happened to you?

Hi all-
Last time we were in WDW in March. Lunch time at the MK counter service restaurants was a real let-down.
Fixin's bars were always empty- long lines of hungry folks just waiting for those mushrooms/tomatoes/lettuce to arrive. The castmembers nerver seemed to mind that people were waiting in long lines. The pace of the CM's was S-L-O-W.
Is this a one-time/busy-time thing? We love the toppings bars, but sheesh...who wants to wait 'til their burger is cold?
I hope it is better in June for our next trip!

I'd think it was a one time thing. We've been many times and have never had this problem.

I've always found sweet n' sour sauce at the Fast Food restaurants. I think it is Chatworth's that makes it. Comes in a little prepackaged container.

I can't tell you how many times I've seen that listed as a way to save money.

We had to wait on the sauteed mushrooms at Pecos Bills once, but it has never been totally EMPTY!

from a Dis'er about seeing a family at Pecos Bill's actually using the topping bar as a free meal! Kept filling up the little condiment cups with mushrooms, onions, lettuce, tomato, you name it! Man, if you can afford the admission you should be able to either afford food or bring you own! That really grosses me out.
