Topolinos Terrace Opening?

I know the official opening date for DRR is Dec 16th. We will be there from Dec 31st through Jan 7th, though sadly, not at DRR.

DH and I were hoping to check the resort out and perhaps have dinner one evening during our trip. Is the TS projected to open with the resort or will it be later?

Unless they announce otherwise, I would except all amenities to open with the resort.
