Topolino's Dinner on Hollywood Studios Day?

Hi everyone! I need advice for my Hollywood Studios park day. My husband and I (in our twenties) really want to knock out the heavy hitters here:
- Galaxy's Edge: Rise of Resistance Smugglers Run, Oga's Cantina (I made 2pm reservation for drinks),
- Toy Story Land: Slinky Dog Dash, Midway Mania
- Runaway Railway
- The thrills: Tower or Terror and Rock n Rollercoaster

We don't care for the live shows as we've either seen them already or aren't interested. Will I have enough time to hit up all the aforementioned rides and still make it for a dinner reservation at Topolino's Terrace at 5pm? We plan to get to HS super early to get our boarding passes, stay til dinner time over at Riviera Resort and also to come back AFTER dinner for whatever else we missed and/or Galactic Spectacular. Feasible?! I haven't been to HS since all the new rides so I've no idea if this can fit in one day or if I'm kidding myself.

Thanks everyone!

If you have FPs for 3 of them (for example SDD, TSMM, and RNR), you'll only need to wait for 3 more (in this example, MFSR, MMRR, and TOT). Your FP and BG rides will take maybe 2 hours total. If you rope drop another ride (if you're there early, you might as well) you can do that with minimal use of park time. so you'd then have like 4.5-5.5 hours to do the other 2 and your drinks before leaving at 4:15-4:30. Should be fine.

When are you going? I didn't see.

Tentatively June 26, 2020 (a Friday). I plan on getting FP for Runaway Railway, Tower of Terror, and RnR. I'll ropedrop Toy Story Land in the AM, then suck it up and do standby for Smugglers Run. For the boarding group, I can come back anytime after it's been called, right? i.e. even if it gets called at 5pm, I can wait til I'm done with dinner first to actually get on the ride?

Officially you have a limited time, 1-2 hours depending on when you are called. I do not know whether they enforce the return times, but there's a thread on Boarding Groups on the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge board (linked to at the top of the Theme Park Attractions and Strategies board), and that question is probably answered int he FAQ in the first few posts.

That’s more than enough time to do what you’ll want to do, unless the lines are extra abysmal. Note that your Boarding Pass time will be setting a lot of your schedule for you - you have little control what Boarding Group you get and when it’s called.

Now that Hollywood Studios opens at 8am, it’s now feasible to park at Riviera and Skyliner over to Hollywood Studios in plenty of time for ROTS Boarding Passes (since the Skyliner opens at 7:30am - it only takes 15 minutes max to take both the CBR and the DHS buckets).

Of course, to legitimately and reliably get that Riviera parking, you’ll either need to stay at Riviera (pricey) or have a Topolino’s reservation. I like getting a breakfast Topolino reservation because the characters are adorable and that Butcher’s Steak is so good that it’s the one breakfast menu item that makes you feel like you’re getting a great value for that otherwise pricey ~$42 meal (and it’s not so much steak that it‘ll knock you out). The other breakfast menu choices are also good and somewhat unique, but you’re especially getting your money’s / DDP credit’s worth if you get the Butcher’s Steak. Plus, if you’re on the DDP, the breakfast is only 1 credit instead of dinner’s 2 credits.

As a local, I enjoy to park at Riviera by getting a Topolino’s breakfast reservation for 8:30am or later (I prefer a little later in the morning, like 10:30am), take the Skyliner over to DHS to get my ROTS Boarding Pass and Rope Drop a popular ride like Slinky Dog or MMRR, eventually take the Skyliner back to Riviera for the Topolino breakfast, then from there my day is decided by whether I feel like walking around World Showcase or keep doing DHS things, or both - that Boarding Pass assignment sort of dictates when you can do things. Since the Riviera Skyliner takes you to the back International Gateway entrance of Epcot, it’s great for getting someone past the Future World construction right now and straight into whatever Festival is happening.
