someone mentioned yesterday that sometimes it shows up an hour before the phone lines open....others said sometimes it's a bit later. I guess there is no set time?

I was redialing every 30 seconds, so I'm sure I got in as soon as the lines opened! But then I had trouble with the auto-info and got kicked to the RunDisney reservation offices which were closed. Called back and only held for 4 minutes. On the phone now!!

I dialed in on my cell and my home phone and my cell picked up first so I went with that one. Better anyway since it's long distance on my home phone....cell I have TONS of rollover minutes LOL

I hope it's not too long.....I finished up the last question/prompt at 7:03 and so my hold time might be a bit longer than yours. It's been 13 minutes......hoping it's not too much longer

Sometimes you wonder how their phone service works....someone that calls in now might get through before someone that called at 7 on the dot....it's odd. But fitting for Disney since most of what they do never makes sense LOL
