Is it open, and is it open to all blue card members (those not staying at BLT)?
TIA
TIA
No, Steakhouse 71 does not offer access to the CG deck. You have to be a CG customer to get access there. Is California Grille still open-? If so can the fireworks be viewed from there? I actually never ate there. If we dine in Steakhouse 71 would we be able to go up to the balcony at CG to watch the fireworks? TIA
Thank you. We will park hop into MK ( if available) to see fireworks.
It's a commercial space which is not funded by dues.Curious how top of the world fits into BLT's annual dues. Not an owner there, but does it being closed affect dues in anyway? I'd assume if it did, it'd be minuscule.

My understanding is that it's leased as a commercial space by DVC (maybe by the BLT Condo Association, not certain) to a different Disney division. Are you sure I thought it was funded by the membership as a whole actually not a standard commercial space.
Thanks for the clarification!
