Can non BLT vacation club members still get into Top of the world lounge?

As long as you are staying on a DVC reservation and you are a DVC member, you will be permitted to go up to the TOTWL (except for a few blackout dates). You will need to show your KTTW showing DVC Room and your blue member card.

And you cannot park at BLT or the Contemporary. You must take Disney transportation to BLT.
