Does anyone know where I could see a menu of what is offered at the Top of the World Lounge?

Can you go up there to watch fireworks assuming you meet all the requirements?

Or is it just pre-pay events?

They let people up shortly before fireworks.

I have not been following up with TOWL lately (changes, etc.). I know there were changes. One cannot just go up and have a drink or two/snack? Correct? Pre-set menu? Reservations? - this comes to mind. I see one can go up (if availability also) to watch fireworks right before.
