How do you book these or make a reservation for the lounge?

Call MS to book any of the 3 events. If you just want to go up to watch fireworks, you have to go to the BLT lobby that evening and put your name in with the CM there.

No, only those eligible for membership extras can book special events at the lounge.

I am eligible So I would have to pay the $89pp for the event if I wanted to go there on a night it had that event? Or can I go without attending the event

It depends on the event. For Wicked Wind Down, you can try and go to the lounge earlier but can’t stay once people who booked the event arrive for their table. And, if you get there and the tables are full, you have to go on a waitlist and they will text you.

If it’s one of the other events that has the buffet and things, then only those who paid for the event are allowed in the lounge.

If you don’t want to go into the lounge itself and just want to watch the MK fireworks from the outside deck, you may be able to do that. I can’t remember the details though so hopefully someone will come to explain.

Hi pirate33! You’re the first person I’ve seen on here who did the California Grill NYE event last year. We splurged and booked it for this year. It looks like it starts at 7pm, which seems like a long time to hang out before midnight. Did you think there was enough to do to keep occupied, or better to arrive later?

Bringing this to the top! Would love ANY feedback on the CG NYE event. We are staying at Bay Lake so are looking into this but sounds like it may be hard to book (& pricey!!) so also hoping they do something at Top of the World. Any idea when they release the information? Assume booking is 60 days in advance. Would appreciate any and all information on either event on NYE. Thank you!
