Did anyone else catch Sunday's Iron Chef America? Spike took on Iron Chef Michael Symons, who mopped the floor with him in Battle Prosciutto. Not a big surprise. I am surprised, though, that Spike was even invited! And he has apparently joined the "one-name" rank, dropping his last name!

I kind of like that--and Richard really lucked out! But I was surprised he didn't get Fabio.

I love Marcel (don't hurt me), but I was yelling at Richard, "BE AFRAID OF THE FOAM!!!" I just didn't want him to get Marcel, didn't need that monkey on his back (everyone hated him and probably wouldn't work well with him).

I think maybe someone made it on a previous season (maybe even Mike) and she may have really liked it. I could be totally wrong though, but I feel like I have heard about it before on Top Chef.
