I know that toontown opens at 10am, a little later than the rest of the park, but does it get crowded right away or a little later on? Can we see mickeys house and judges tent and ride barnstormer in 30 minutes?

Right at opening is one of the best times to come to toontown, either then or right before closing. If you are there for rope drop, the characters come out to great everyone.

If you are interested in the characters, I would say do it at opening, because one of the rooms closes earlier then the other 2.

You should have no problem doing that in 30 minutes. Head for Barnstormer first so theres no line and then go for the houses. Don't forget to check out Minnies fridge, microwave, and her answerphone messages
