If the park opens at 8:00am - what time is MTTMM start? And refresh my memory - is this everyday?

it's Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

the logistics are this: the required voucher gets you into toontown one hour before it opens; toontown opens one hour after the rest of the park opens; therefore toontown morning madness should start when the park officially opens.

so in this case, toontown would open to the public at 9, so the morning madness is from 8-9.

not sure when the ceremony itself takes place. last time i did it, it was around 20 minutes or so past the hour? before that, it used to be like 45.
