Too late to upgrade with 4/3 deal?

Just wandering if anybody has tried to upgrade to another resort after the 4/3 deal has expired.

I have a room booked using the 4/3 but was looking at another resort instead.

Has anybody tried this and had any luck?

I have heard others DIS members whom have had success, just give Disney a call and see? Not too sure tho as you are REAL close to your departure, good luck

I think I'm just going to add the dining plan instead. I'll try one of the deluxe resorts on another trip, maybe they will put out a similar deal next year.
