We are arriving late this Friday, July 2nd. I had meant to leave a loop request on the reservation, but kept putting it off like everything else. Is it too late to request one, and, if not, how do I go about it at this time? Thanks!

This is our first time to stay at the Fort! I've booked there twice before and always changed it--so really looking forward to it and hope it's great!

It's not too late, The Fort only gets your ressie 5 days before arrival from CRO.

You can call the WDW reservations line and have it noted on your reservation as a special request, and you can also fax directly to the site assigner at the Fort. The number is in one of the stickies on this board. I don't actually know that the fax helps, because you're in a cabin and not a campsite, but I always do both.
Have fun!

Just call the same number you made your reservation with, you'll be fine.

We jsut got back and when we drove the cabin loops, it looked to me like half of the cabins were not rented. You could pretty much tell which ones were occupied and which ones were not by the laundry and other -artifacts- left behind, even when the vehicle was missing.

I don't think you would have any problems getting a cabin.

Thanks. I just requested loop 2500 since I'm pretty sure that's the one I wanted when I looked into it months ago. I think since it is close to the cabin pool. Having three children is like living in a fog (for me), so I'll go with that since I can't remember! If anyone has any other suggestions on a good cabin loop, let me know!
