Too late to cancel dining in app?!

Has anyone gotten this message recently?

I found a better time at be our guest and reserved. Went to then cancel our old time and got a message they are unable to do it and I must call, and that a cancellation fee may apply?!

My trip is 2 weeks away. Has this happened to anyone else? Now I have to wait until kids go to bed to call since it’s a surprise trip ugh.

Oh phew had a mini panic attack there about being charged haha. Hopefully they will fix soon! Thanks!!
