Too late for Magical Express?

We leave for our trip on Sunday cool1. We actually were orginally booked through CRO for WL, then we bought DVC and cancelled our cash reservations and booked through points at VWL. In the meantime, we received our Magical Express tags and did not realize until today that the reservation number on our ME tags matches our cash reservation, which has been cancelled.

Is it too late to use ME for this weekend? I know we won't have time to get the vouchers in the mail, I'm just wondering if there is a way to MS to add us to ME but not have the vouchers or should I just call Tiffany Towncar and forget about it all together?

No, it is not too late. Call MS and have them add it. You'll need to hand your baggage check receipts to the ME staff once you arrive at MCO or, you can retrieve your own luggage and take it with you to the ME checking desk.


I've actually had guests show up and board without prearrangement.

A couple of years ago we had a last minute change to a new resort, the luggage tags did make it in time but MS had told us we could use a sharpy to cross off the old resort and just write the new resort name on the tags.

If you pick up your bags and hand them direct to them, you will have your bags right away at resort instead of possibly having to wait.

No problem adding this option now. As mentioned above, we did this at the last minute and the only difference is luggage tags. Not a problem. Just cal Member Services.
