Too Excited to sleep or work because of Disney!

We are going in April and I am a total waste here at work. All I want to do is learn more and plan more for our trip. I'm hoping I'm not the only one that's a bit crazed like that??

Not at all. I'm taking my DH and DD in april too and I spend every free moment thinking about it or planning it. I even have my DD age 5 counting down. My DH says i'm crazy but after all, it is DISNEY.

OMG, same here....check the countdown...I have a YEAR yet! I am going to be CRAZY at 6 months out! I told my husband that I have some of my credentials for work expiring at the end of this year and so I have already enrolled in the courses to renew. He thought I was nuts but I pointed out to him that I would probably not be thinking about work come December when Disney awaits in January! Planning is half the fun, but I get a little depressed thinking that I have been planning almost 2 years for a vacation that is going to last 6 days. Then, it will be another 4-5 years before we can go again.

I agree. Planning IS half the fun. I just dropped off the kids at my mom's and should be doing stuff around the house, but my mind is too preoccupied!

The past three mornings I've woke up at 4am too excited to fall back asleep so I come to the boards and get my Disney fix. It's a terrible illness, Disneyitis, but we leave in FIVE DAYS!!!!

This April vacation will be my first entirely solo week at the world! (3nights myself last Mar before being joined by a friend and her DD)

In about 20days however I get to make the ARs for our annual mother/son Aug vacation - havent really given it much thought yet
and then there's the solo Nov 50th bday trip to plan too!
