Tony's Town Square Restaurant

had diner tonight at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. Reservation was for 5:30 pm. We arrived at 5:20 pm and were seated at 6:10 pm. Considering the crowd that were waiting for a standby seat ( 1.5 Hours ) I was good with that.

I started out with the Toasted Cheese and garlic Bread and was very please with the presentation and the quality. Tomatoes were fresh bread was fresh yet crisp on the outside. I followed up with the Chicken Parmigiana. This also looked good and came out hot. Decided as usual to take my desert, Chef's Signature Cheesecake, back to the room with me for later on that night.

Over al I would recommend and plan on going back myself.

Just made a res for here, so thanks for the review. After dozens of trips my family has never eaten there. Any one else have any thoughts on Tony's?

Tony's is terrible, I have eatten there 10 times and never had a good meal and I feel like they are always pushing you out the door

It's my fav restaurant in the MK- which isn't saying much- but we had a very good meal there last Feb

Same here. We've been wanting to try it for the last couple of trips but lately I hear not so great reviews. I'm starting to realize these restaurant reviews are just a toss up. LOL One person says "5 star! Our favorite!" and another says they wouldn't feed it to their dog. Guess we'll just have to try it out ourselves. Thanks for the review!

If we are spending the whole day there we need to eat at Tony's because it is the only place I can get macaroni with marinara sauce! Other than the Castle and the nice chef at the Crystal Palace one time- I asked at the buffet- I have a child with special needs- the chef saw us and made it special for him- came over to our table and showed me a photo of his son- he had Down syndrome too!

Food is good, not gourmet Italian, but good. Last time we were there I had to ask the waitress to speed up- we had a parade to get to!

We ate at Tony's on Christmas day for lunch. We were lucky to get in because we had no reservation. It was almost time for the parade so I think that is why we got in. I was told 30 minute wait but within 10 minutes we were seated. We started our meal with the butternut squash soup and zucchini fries. Both were good....the soup was amazing! My daughter and I split the Mulit-Grain Pasta Primavera and dh got one of the flatbreads. Our waiter was wonderful, very friendly, talked to us about the park, what had we done already, what were we going to do, etc. We realllly liked that soup and when it was time to leave I asked him if there was any miracle of a chance that we could stop by at night and grab 3 bowls of it to go. He said they don't do to go orders but since it was Christmas he would make it work for us. So later that night, around 5:45pm, we stopped back by, asked to speak with him, got our soup and he even gave us some rolls to go with it, then went to find a spot for the evening events. It was pretty chilly outside that evening and the soup was the perfect thing. So when we go back Tony's will probably we a stop for us.

Tony's is A-O.K. in my book. I had a great time and meal there.

I surprised my family with a trip to WDW as there Christmas present for May, they were all surprised even my husband. We are staying at Bay Lake Tower and I made most of my dining ressie already. We have a 2 year old granddaughter. I have plans at California Grill but I am thinking of changing it to Tony's restaurant. Maybe Tony's would be better for a 2 year old, any suggestions?
