Yes, I knew it was $9.50 for a friggin sundae BEFORE I paid.
BUT I also thought it would be like the size of a sundae from
Beaches & Cream. Now there is NO reason on this earth that
some ice cream and topping should cost that much.
Unless it's made from fairy poo and a magician pulled
it out from a gorillas butt. Guess where I will NEVER EVER get a
ice cream treat from again. Unless there are going to kiss me first.
It was tasty but certainly nothing even close to magical.
Save your $$$$ and go to Beaches & Cream.

I am feeling very, very guilty...we have had sundaes at Ghirardelli many times including in May of 2010. I am embarrassed to say that I don't remember the prices being that high--and we were buying sundaes for seven people! How could I NOT notice that? I think it must be that brain fog that comes over you at WDW from all the pixie dust they are pumping into your lungs! Maybe it used to be a lot less expensive so I was just assuming it was near the same price???? I must not have been listening to the total when we paid...

I really use to love it here, the fries were awesome and it overall

The picture was taken on Dec.13 2010. So I would say
it would still be there. It wasn't on the regular menu board
it was on a secondary board to the left of the cash registers.

NOW this is a more appropriately priced "birthday" sundae,
unlike Ghirardelli's pocket picking cup of shame.

It tasted good and was made fresh. Well not REAL fresh, they could
have milked the cows and churned the cream and flash
freeze the ice cream before my eyes, but it will do. We
had a sundae because Beaches & Cream was way to busy.

great updates, I loved the sundae at Ghirardelli's but my son it was ok...I don't even remember how much I paid (but then I spend a couple of hundreds at the so many DTD stores for Christmas shopping) and wanted something yummy.

Great reviews and so funny! As an owner of 5 former shelter cats (and have had many more to love and spoil), you hooked me with your very true statement that "shelter dogs are worth it" on the 1st page. Your dog is adorable, by the way!

The best part of getting sundaes at POP is that they let you add any and all toppings that you want for the same dining credit dessert. My kids were totally jealous when I came back to our table with a ginormous sundae that included a brownie cut into chunks.

The ONLY thing healthy eaten that week, I also think it
was the only veggies eaten as well. Love the salad though.
Loved it so much I made it when we go home and it came out
even better. HA take that MR.Sunshine Seasons. Jam that up

I love it!!! We live in NE Philly too. My hubby is a firefighter. Taking our 3 girls to Disney in 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are flying though, because driving with 3 kids under 5 would be INSANE!!!!
