The invitations really are great! My aunt did recipe inserts for my one shower too and I loved them. Although I need to take the time to make something off of the cards

I don't know if we talked about this before, but what pattern are you getting from Pfaltzgraff. We also got our dishes from there.

Looks like you got a lot of work done!!!! Whenever I am addressing a lot of envelopes the first bit look great and the last ones are awful!!!

HAHA Thats how mine were. I started messing up addresses and names. The printer would have been easier!

My family always does a wishing well. Its a great way to get all the little gadgets you register for and some that you may not have.

Wow! I've never heard of a wishing well-- that sounds really cool. I also love the idea of sharing recipes! You're more inclined to make a recipe if it's recommended by someone you know. Very cool!

I need lots of recipes!!!! I am learning how to cook. So far so good but I can't just whip up something so I need a recipe to go by.

Thanks!!! It was a lot of work but it was fun at the same time. Its really exciting! We are only having 36 guests in Disney but we are having an at home reception about a month after we return which will have 150 guests!

Not many people have heard of the wishing well. I wonder if its something regional up North? I think the recipe card idea was great. That was my FMIL's idea!

We are getting the Napoli pattern from Pfaltzgraff. Bobby picked it out. It matches up pretty well with the house. Here is a pic.

My mom actually bought a few things already for my Christmas gift which Bobby will be thrilled about. He said if anyone asks what to get me for Christmas direct them to the pfaltzgraff site. This coming from a man.

I really like your Pfaltzgraff pattern. I have Flower Garden myself - which they discontinued as soon as I bought it! But they last - I dropped five of the dinner plates a few days ago (don't ask!!) and they didn't break! So thumbs up on that too!

I had never heard of pfaltzgraff before Bobby told me about them. I have never seen the flower garden set. You know, if you go on Ebay they sell tons of pfaltzgraff brand new and I bet you can find your pattern on there!

Hey Maure! I can't believe how close it is now. I think I am down to 73 days or something like that. Its going by so fast. I have things to up date but my computer is broken...again...and so I have had to use everyone elses computers so I can't load up pics.

I am surprised a lot of people haven't heard of a wishing well. I thought they were pretty common. I need all the recipes I can get!!!!! I am just now starting to cook. So far, so good. I need more practice though.

Wedding Invites are out!!!​

I sent out the invites a tiny bit earlier because of my last minute family. I really would like to know exactly how many are coming. Surprisingly, Bobby's dad is not sure he is going! It blows my mind but I can't say I am surprised, Bobby's isn't either.

So I figured I would post some pictures of the invites all done up in their final form. Here are my super Shabby Chic invitations!

Funny story though about the invites. I had them all sealed and ready to go and it hit me! I forgot to put a stamp on the RSVP return envelope. Ughh...I was so annoyed but people are still sending them back and I haven't heard anything so maybe they really didn't notice.

My advice on invitations, make sure you have a stamp on your return envelope.
