Small Update​

Ok so my basket is lost in transit. Ugh. Will it ever end. So in the event I cannot get that basket. I have put a bid on this one. It was $5.00. The auction ends November 2nd so I will know then. I think I want to add some sheer ribbon bows on either side of the handle. Maybe.

I like that it has a handle. The other doesn't. If I end up with both of them, I will use them in my closet for storage so really no biggie.

Also, I bought these cute candle holders for our head table. Also shabby chic!!

I love the crystals. I only got two because I have 4 square vase centerpieces on the table and I also have that broken Mr. and Mrs. sign which I sent back to get a new one.

The tale of the lost basket ​

Ok so here is what happened to the first basket I posted that changed my whole color scheme, remember that one??

Ok so I got it on Ebay and paid for the thing. I received a tracking number for the US Postal Service. Ok so it was sent snail mail but whatever. It should get here.

I checked the tracking after about a week of it being missing and it said it was in Jacksonville, Florida being processed even though the seller was located in Maine. Hmmm...ok New Jersey is on the way down from Maine to Florida...strange.

Then I checked it again about 2 days ago and it was in Texas. I was totally lost at that point. From Maine, to Florida to Texas. When will it come to Jersey???

Saturday! Thats when. I got it today. I opened the box and was totally in love with it. Its the perfect size and perfect colors. I am so happy I got it.

Sadly, I am still bidding on the alternate basket. Oh well. Can't have too many baskets for stuff.....Right?

In conclusion, I have a very well traveled basket but at least its mine now and it made it home.

That sounds like a Meg route - from Maine to New Jersey with stops in both Texas and Florida (where I have family no less! lol!). I'm so happy for you that you've gotten your basket! What a trip though!!

Hey Toni! I'm so happy to hear you got your basket! I agree you can never have to many baskets. And it gives you options! I purchased something on ebay paid for it on 10/23 got a tracking number said it arrived in IL on 10/26 and still haven't received it.... so maybe it just needs time!
