Tonga Toast at Poly vs. Banana stuffed at AKL

How are these two alike/different? I love the Tonga Toast at the Poly and have a ps for one morning at the Kona. I noticed that the AKL has a banana stuffed french toast on their room service menu. Will this cure my craving or do I need to keep my ps?

We had both in fall 2001.

I prefer the Tonga Toast at the Poly.

They are basically the same dish except the bread at the AKL had raisins (which I didn't like with the banannas) and the bread also seemed 'heartier' or heavier. It may actually be a healthier type bread but on vacation, I want yummy stuff!
