Just to add to the stress of it all, I burned the back of my hand while cooking tonight. It's been painful for over 45 minutes now. Ugh.

Boy, do I remember practicum in nursing school. I worried myself sick over it. Right before I had to do it, everything left my mind. I totally remember sitting there and telling my friends that I couldn't remember the most basic stuff...sites for the different injections or the different symptoms of different reactions people could have to blood or anything.

But it was all in my head. I had worried and stressed myself to a point where I hardly knew my own name.

When I needed to remember it, it was all there.

Remember that you studied, you know it, it will come to you when you need it.
