That IS exciting! I still get really excited. Just remember to have your DVC card in front of you and know the last four digits of your SS#. I always have to write that down because I'm so excited. Good luck!

I just made our 1st reservations the other day. I was so excited I couldn't even talk or form a sentence almost LOL. Congratulations!! Like the PP had said definitely write down your member# or have it in front of you. I almost couldn't read my member# that was right in front of me. LOLOL .

Congrats! I do know that AKV had almost all availabilty during our stay which was about 2 weeks earlier then your planned vacation.

Where exactly will you be trying for-Jambo or Kidani? WHat size villa? Good luck! I'm hoping to get a Jambo studio starting Oct. 19, but since I'm not a member, I'll have to wait until 7 months. So just in case, I'll be booking my home resort, BCV, in a few days. It's so exciting, isn't it?

I am booking a dedicated two bedroom savana room at Kidani for our second trip home for three nights and then I have to wait until Thursday to book our 3 night at the BLT to complete our vacation. We just got back last month from our first trip home October 17th - 24th. Oh! how we love going to Disney the third week of October.

Woohoo.. Ok, have now MADE my 1st points ressie!!!! 2bedroom dedicated, and studio, savannah view, kidani village have now been made!!!! Here we come, Mrs and I, Bro and Sil, Mom, Niece and her husband, their almost 5 year old then and their just over 2 year old twins at that point!!

Well it sounds like good luck was had by all and that is a positive. I am calling in the morning for our trip next year arriving on 10-17 BUT I need THV so wish me luck. I tried to get a THV this year but no luck. As always I will reserve a 2 BR and waitlist a THV if necessary.
