I learned about the annual Daily getaways promo several years ago from the Dis so want to give everyone a heads up that Sea World & Busch Garden tickets go on sale tomorrow at 1pm! It's just $50 per ticket.

It's a legit place to buy tickets. I haven't bought the SW/BG tickets myself because it's not worked out in my overall plans but have bought many other things (they have a different deal every day for several weeks). Make sure you read the redemption instructions and terms and conditions carefully.

Last year, I got a 2 night stay at Loews Royal Pacific Resort (onsite at Universal) for $320. Both my DH and I ended up buying the deal and we did 2 separate trips to Universal in the year since (since those APs are so inexpensive, I couldn't resist).

The deals typically sell out VERY FAST so be quick to click. I usually open up a clock with a seconds countdown and refresh my screen just as the clock ticks over to 1:00 pm. Our routine is to do the 10 second countdown out loud :) They do say they are offering more SW/BG tickets this year bt I still imagine they will go fairly quickly.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks for the heads up Elaine

Hope others will able to scoop up the great deals!

The one for Loew's says 2 people. Would a family be able to use it? It so I may try to get that one.

i bought two of the Four Diamond Loews certificates last year (DH on one and my name on the other). I used it in September (Labor Day weekend) and mid-March. (Cdn March Break) for my family of 4 with no issues.

The one hassle is that you have to email this one guy and he has to make all the reservations for you. Nice guy, but not always prompt (we followed up about 1x every 1-2 weeks). They don't guarantee dates but ask that you provide them 2 different dates. There are also blackout dates to watch out for which are not spelled out clearly. I found out that the blackout dates were around Easter, Christmas, and I can't remember if there were summer blackouts as well.

I booked my September trip a few months out and had no issues. I had originally wanted my 2nd trip to be in mid-February. I emailed in October. Unfortunately, it was fully booked (What?!). I spent the next few months on waiting lists, etc until I finally gave up in January and switched my dates for mid-March. I was kicking myself, since I should have booked my Feb trip in May/June since I knew the dates from the beginning. I just never imagined. Oh well, mid-March worked out really well.

Oh, they say you should bring your certificate with you to the hotel but we didn't for either trip and were never asked.

Thanks OP!! Just purchased 4 tickets for our August trip..saved us around $100 just on tickets!
Now looking at booking dinner with Shamu

Awesome - thanks for the link! Just got our Sea World tickets for our trip this summer. I knew I had been procrastinating on that task for a good reason!
