Tom Sayer Island closed 5/24-6/7

Just found this on the www.Disneyworld.com website. Sorry if this is old news - it was new to me.



Tom Sawyer Island will not be operating May 24 - June 7, 2004 however we recommend Swiss Family Treehouse as an alternative during this time.

First Small World and Alien Encounter...now Tom Sawyer Island....somebody on another thread said Disney Quest is closed(not sure about that one).....I'm starting to wonder if any attractions will be open.

Bummer! I'd never heard about this, so thanks for the news (even though I'm unhappy, at least now I know not to count on it being open). I so love to go out there in the heat of the day, sit in a rocking chair and just listen to the Frontierland music.
