Toll Roads??

I contacted an owner in Indian Creek and he told me we didn't need to worry about tolls to and from Disney. Does anyone know if we would need to get on the toll roads to and from the airport or Universal from this development? If so, can we just throw some change in it or is it one of those electronic deals that we would need to get from the car rental company? Thanks so much!!

you can put money in all the tolls roads in the orlando area - they have a live person always.


but you can also go the back way -

get on Old lake wilson road - then turn left into Westgate - entry point blvd - then right to get out of westgate - once this road cross the light it is Sherberth road - it quits at disney - at the traffic light turn right - now you are on Osceola parkway - you will get to I4 fairly shortly.

you don't pay to start paying a toll until you are pass the I4.

there is a short cut to US in around the same area - but lately the traffic from that area is just awfully - would go with I4

There's no toll roads to Disney, Universal or Sea World from ICreek. From the airport using the south exit and 417 there's two toll booths which are something like $1.50 each (they just went up) and an exit toll of 50 cents. It's just the exit toll that's not manned so you need the correct change.
If you take the north exit and 528 from the airport then there's manned toll booths and again it's only a couple of dollars and no exit toll.

Thanks for the tips Spicey. This will be our first time driving...usually it's Magical Express and we never leave property.
