My Mom wants to drive from VA to Orlando. Is there any tool or website that helps you calculate toll road costs?

Here is the Link for the Orlando area (which includes Disney World) E-Pass website while I don't think you need an account to access the Maps sections, you should be able to figure out the Tolls for the Orlando area.

What part of VA is she coming from? I can only think of a few areas of VA where she might have to pay a toll before getting onto I-95, and even then there are ways around those tolls.

Otherwise, there won't be any tolls until she got down to Orlando, and even then that's if she decided to take the bypasses around the city. If she took I-4 straight through then I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be any tolls.

Well, there's a list of toll roads throughout the world here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_toll_roads
Listed alphabetically by country, then by state when you get to the U.S. listings. Probably you'd have to click on each link for the actual tolls (selecting 'Florida' brought me to the Wikipedia entry for the state, not just the toll roads).

Or, if you belong to AAA, I bet they could provide the information.

She will have to take the Bay Bridge Tunnel in VA for $24 RT - so maybe that is the only toll.

If she flies in does anyone know the cost from MCO to SSR? - I am assumming she couldn't avoid tolls for this

There are no toll roads in NC.

If she flies into MCO and takes 417 to WDW, she would come to 2 toll plazas that charge $1 a piece ( or are they $1.25).
