Has anyone tried using the 800-828-0228 recently? When I do I get the Disney greeting, as well as prompts, but when I try to make a new reservation I hold with no music or any sound. I'm wondering if it's working.

I used it in the past few days for dining reservations, and had trouble twice. Once I got disconnected, and once I got connected and heard a recording to the effect, "Workstation 10, not logged in," and then got disconnected.

Just used it now & it was fine. I was on hold for about 20 minutes, but there was music playing.. Jungle Book, Bare Necessities of LIfe.... it is still in my head!!!!
