Toll Costs??? Coming from Houston to Pop Century

Can anyone tell me how much I will need to pay for tolls when driving through Florida if we are coming from the Houston Area on Interstate 10

Google maps is telling me I will take this route Once in Florida: I-75 S and Florida's Turnpike to W Osceola Pkwy in Florida. Take exit 65 from I-4 W
