Just back from Tokyo Dining for my Bday dinner. We had no ressies and got in in about 20-25 minutes. We had an awesome window view in the back corner...seriously the best table in the house. Everything was excellent...the service was outstanding. I cannot say enough great things about this place and we will be back! The food was very fresh.

The prices are the best at Epcot in my opinion when paying OOP (like we did) Out bill was $40 something and we left $10...so a great meal for $50ish..It was me, dh, and dd.

Our table was the farthest window to the left corner (not visible in this pic)

Ooh! Thanks for sharing. I am making an ADR there for a time that we can watch Illuminations from a window seat. We are going to be on the DDP but I don't know how all the sushi options will work with that.:confused3 I keep hoping for a review where someone used the DDP for sushi. Anyone?

Does Toyko Dining have a counter where you can walk up and eat, like some other sushi bars? I didn't want to waste a whole table. My DH loves sushi, but i can't find anything on this menu to eat. Any suggestions?

We had dinner around 6pm, so we did not see illuminations. With our view you would be able to see them from the table though. Someone said they do not pipe in the music or dim the lights though, however these is a balcony outside those windows I am sure you could go out and stand on to watch.

I know they accept ddp and you can have one of the sushi entrees. We had 1 entree of shrimp tempura and 2 orders of the rolls (which aren't entrees). Seriously this is up there with the best food we have had on property. The sushi is even better than an local places we have been too. Next time we go we are just getting the sushi as it was that good. The atmosphere is really great too.

This is totally a hidden gem!

They do not have counter service, but there is one in Japan across the way.

thanks for posting those photos - i loved having sushi there in the past - that shrimp tempura brings back memories....

I was thinking we would pay OOP for this since sushi is just a couple of bucks! Those pics look delish! Thanks for the post!

That sushi looks soooo delish!!! I would love to eat here. There's just so many options at Epcot.. hard to decide!!

Is this a TS? Is so, I want an ADR for this one :) Thanks so much for the review!!

wow - i didn't realize this Tokyo Dining place existed. This has thrown a wrench into DW's and my ADR choices for our upcoming May trip.

We are sushi lovers, but we were hesitant to go to the sushi place over at the Swan/Dolphin because my wife will be 5 months pregnant when we're there - and raw fish and pregnancy don't go well. But having seen the menu at Toyko Dining, it looks like there are some cooked options that DW would go for.

We like our ADRs as planned - maybe we could do this for lunch and just pay out of pocket rather than the dining plan.

so many choices to make:confused3

My DH and I stopped by here for the first time in February. We went for a later light dinner/snack. It was presidents week and we were able to get in that day. We tried three different things and each had a beer. We were pleasantly surprised when the check came and it was less than $40. We will definatly go back again.
