Tokyo Dining/Candlelight Processional?

We've booked Tokyo Dining for our Candlelight Processional package next week. Never have eaten there before although the menu looks good. Wondering how the package dinner will work and any suggestions on what to get? Thx as always:santa::santa::santa:
