Toiletry Case

What do most of you do with the toiletry case when flying?

Do you make it fit into your luggage, check it seperately, or carry it on?

I always pack mine in my carry-on luggage. I don't know why though. Guess that's what I've always done. If your luggage gets lost, at least you would have access to your personal items.

I figured we'd HAVE to check our toiletry bag - since it holds the razors, scissors, twizzers, etc. Those things aren't allowed as carry-on anymore are they?

With 2 daughters - 18 and 22 - my toiletry bag is bigger than the luggage

I've decided to make my toiletries fit in my luggage. I will keep prescription meds with me and some Tylenol, but I have decided I can live without the rest. If my luggage gets lost, I'll have to go to the store anyways so I figure it's no big deal to grab all the toiletries too. I am carrying one extra outfit and my bathing suite with me on the plane. I hate bathing suit shopping so if my luggage gets lost I don't want to deal with that.

Mine goes in my luggage every week. If you carry it on seperately it counts as one of your two pieces. If you can't get it into your luggage, repack it. Use sample sizes or transfer to small bottles. I never travel with full size bottles.
