I'm lucky if it makes it on the holder. It's in the drawer next to the toilet..we have a cat that loves to unroll the TP if it's on the holder.

Depends on where the holder is. In my parents house is was always under (the way I prefer it). In our house, DH prefers it over, so it's put on "over".

I have this feeling that it's easier to use that way, but have yet to prove it scientifically.

I have been known to make the TP "over" no matter who's bathroom Im in.. At my house, no on putis it on the TP holder cause they know I'll do it just so it is "over"
