Oddly enough there is not a lot of biographical material on Tod d but here is what I know. Todd and his wife open 2 small restaurants here in Boston, Figs and Olives. Both soon became popular and trendy serving wood grilled designer pizzas and excelent Italian food. Next for Todd was his own weekly cooking show on our Boston based PBS channel 2 and with that he really seemed to take off Now he has a small empire of restauants not only in the States including one at the Bellagio in LV but in other counties as well. He has since left his wife and I have met he several times. I have to admit I didn't care much for the airs he puts on but he sure is great in the kitchen.
