I agree - we need a little leeway on the types of discussions. I do not use the CB anymore because all I see are - game threads, politcal fights and infinite exchanges.

So on that note - non-Catholic Christians also celebrate ( observe ) Lent. Not really a celebration as a time of preparation, like Advent is for Christmas, but much more soul-searching etc.

We are free to talk here amongst our friends. We're a community board within ourselves. I think that if the subject doesn't interest some, it can be skipped over. At Christmas there were tons of posts about who got what, who did what...not everyone celebrates Christmas either. We're a family here, and even though we might think different things, we're all one big happy group of VMK loving friends. Let's not lose sight of that
