To Tutto or not to Tutto...

:earseek:

...gee, I'm beginning to wonder if our food was awsome because we hada different menu from which to choose.....

Not a clue but our whole gang gave it two tries with everyone trying something different and we all agreed the food both times was pretty awful. Bums me out bigtime to know how much we all spent to be so disappointed with a meal.

:confused3

We really disliked the food at Tutto- our dishes (lasagna and canneloni) were both pre-made and semi-reheated. I know this because our dinners were served less than 5 minutes after we ordered, the outsides lukewarm and the centers cool. The pasta was mushy and the sauces flavorless. Big bucks for yucky, cafeteria style food. I'd skip it.

We found Tutto's to be Excellent!!! We ate there in fall of 2008
and it was the best food of our trip.
I also was able to get one taste of everyones dish (3 other dishes)
and they were all very good.
We had the Salmon, Pasta w/Crab meat(no longer available),
Pasta w/ fresh Maranara sauce and Chicken Parmagian.
Our waiter was very friendly and helpful.
We will be trying for ADRs again this trip (my 180 ADR window is March 29th)
I have to try for this Restaurant 1st because we will be there for
the Food and Wine Festival.

...keep us posted....

I've never gone there for anything but food & wine festival events, but I am never on a dining plan and I am seriously put off by the prices. Even if it's fantastic food I am not sure it would be worth those prices. I do have TIW so maybe trying it for lunch sometime would be worth it.

This thread is from February...that price fixed meal might have been good but a bit late now.

....well, it's official: we are spending a week with our friends at their timeshare in Celebration, so I invited them to dinner at our house last Sunday to make a tentative itinerary for our upcoming week - my DH was very vocal about NOT wanting to visit Tutta again; he was not impressed with their gluten-free pasta...:confused3 too
bad, because my meal was OUTSTANDING! Looks like no Tutta for us....
