Last visit we stayed at BWPPI...it was fine, and we were planning to stay there again. However I was noticing the Park Vue has a 3 queen suite for just a little more than the mini suite at BWPPI. I don't really care about the food perks...we bring most of our food with us. What I was wondering about was a comparison of the rooms. My other concern was that while lots of people like Park Vue, a few people who have had money issues with them (like overcharging on reservations, etc.) seem to have a hard time working with them on correcting these issues.

The reality is probably both would be fine...we spend very little time in the room. Just wanted to get some thoughts from you all before I choose where to stay.

That was my experience with Park Vue. The room was clean, the food was fine, the welcome basket was nice. But, they overcharged me and refused to even discuss it. People who don't have billing issues seem to have very enjoyable stays there. People who have problems end up angry and frustrated. My advice is to read the good and bad reviews on TripAdvisor and decide if it's for you. We're going back in two weeks and trying the Ramada Maingate.

This is what makes me nervous...the unwillingness to work with someone on a error. Any hotel can make an error, but errors should be able to be fixed. It's funny, because I always hear lots of great things about Park Vue. Hmmm. Things to ponder.

I wouldn't be nervous.

PVI gets a very high rating on TA.

I'm not sure why you would waste time and money on food if you are going to stay at the PVI where they include it. If you don't want perks, stay at the Del Sol or the Hojo.

We started bringing food with us when my son was diagnosed with a sensitivity to wheat...what resulted is that eating less "fast" food made us all feel better, it was a win for everybody. Plus we saved money, which is good thing! We eat out some, just not a lot of "junk food", and not all the time. We do eat some of the things at the breakfast, like yogurt, juice, etc. It is just not our only food options. So the food available is nice, but not a deciding factor.
