Thank you so much for your kind words of support, we know that you will always be our allies through these difficult times.

I was proud to be a Londoner when we won the Olympics on Wednesday,and I'm even prouder today. As a nation and people we will carry on and be strong, the emergency services did a marvellous job and the way everyone dealt with this tragedy will show these heartless people that they will never ever win.

As they keep saying on the news,we made it through the IRA years, we made it through the Blitz, we're made of tough stuff here and we won't be bullied.

I have been away from all communications over the last few days, but just returned home and the news in London was the first thing my husband gave me. My DD17 and I were in London just over a month ago and recognized some of the areas that were mentioned in the news. Our hearts and prayers go out to all who are affected by these unfortunate incidents.
