Avoiding the numbers crunching, I will just add that it really is an emotional decision for so many people. Whether you buy from Disney or a broker , you will ultimately enjoy the flexibility ownership allows you vs. renting and know you are saving money.

The best part: you get to "bond" with all the wonderful people in the DVC family. Over the years, I have met and worked with great clients and relaxed with great friends thanks to being a DVC member. You feel like you belong, and you really are "home".
