I had the pleasure of meeting Bobert and we had a wonderful conversation regarding his job at WDW and the operations of the monorail. He rode in the car with us and we all got a lot of great history on WDW and MAPO which is what Disney calls the monorail system. The monorail was financed by the revenue generated from MAry POppins. By all means Bobert was not the only one deserving of recognition, his is the only name I remember because he is the only Bobert on the Disney payroll anywhere in the world. (Also info shared by Bobert). Anyway there were sooo many and I wish I had gotten names or pics to share. But I have more stories than I can count on both hands that is how exceptional Disney service is!
