I have a few questions in regards to seeing TNA Wrestling while at Universal. Has anyone got any information??

We're there in May and I can see from the calendar there is a PPV on :woohoo: Although there seems to be 3 shows in total while we're there so I'm not 100% sure which one we'll go to!

How long before the show starts would you recommend getting there?

Also, we are staying on-site at RPR. Are there any benefits we can take advantage of when it comes to TNA? For example, is there any FOTL type set-up for this??

Any hints/tips would be great!

It depends which show you are going to as the Impact Zone opens it doors at three different times. One for the PPV (6:45PM), one for live episodes of Impact (8PM), and one for taped Impact (5PM). You need to know which of the three you are going for, and then add at least two hours "line time." Universal says you should arrive one hour, but from my previous experiences, I'd go a little bit longer than that. You can read in at least one other TNA-related thread that you may have a little frustration dealing with the treatment some TNA "regulars" get, but as long as you don't let it bother you, you should have a good time.

There are no benefits or advantages to staying on-site, other than possibly being further up in line if you are already in the park compared to those coming in just for the TNA taping. That line starts near the Blue Man Group area, but I'm pretty sure if your in the park you queue up closer to the actual Impact Zone.

Get ready to have a blast. Good show or bad, the Impact Zone Experience is one of the best in wrestling.

There is no advantage to staying on-site or even having a park ticket for Universal/IOA with regard to getting into TNA.

Email tnaaudience@hotmail.com and give them the dates you want to attend and they should add you to the guest list.

Even people who queue up for 3-4 hours are not guaranteed entry, the guest list people get in first.

Hope that helps.

PS enjoy the wrestling !

thats a great tip, thanks. I sent an email and they came straight back and put us on the guest list for the next shows but they are too early as we wont be thee til the end of this week. It says that we need to email again within 9 days of the show. We arent taking computer with us and arent in a hotel with internet access so will try and find internet cafe in a mall? However the email does say something about staff giving out numbered tickets at the park from 9am in the morning to give you a guaranteed place in the queue (I think!). Would this be just as good if we cant get to a computer?
thanks

Oooh can't wait to put darling fiance and myself on the guest list for our Christmas trip. He'll be ecstatic.
