TiW

You don't really need a application, just take your ID, DVC Member ID or AP to any Guest Relations location at WDW.

Thanks. I do realize that, but we are going to be a big party with 4 of us with AP's, 1 needing a GAC, and the TiW. It helped last time having it all made out ahead of time. I just can't remember where I got the printed form. Thanks again , though. If I can't find one I will do just that fill it out at Guest Relations.

There is no filling out any form at Guest Relations - not in the 2 times I've bought a card in the past few years. I never filled out anything. It took only a few minutes to get the TiW card while we were buying APs.

The form is strictly for use if you want to mail order the TiW card. The mail order option is only offered to FL Residents or Annual Passholders.

When you purchase on-site, you simply present your photo ID and either your AP or DVC Member card. All of the information needed by the CM to issue your TiW card will be on those 2 items.

It's always been quick and easy....but make sure the CM gets your email address so that you get specials from the TiW folks.

Thanks.

You folks don't think it will be too confusing doing the AP vouchers, the GAC and the TiW all at once? I'm just trying to get all my ducks in a row. We did it last time with 6 AP vouchers, the GAC & the TiW. And it seemed to take a while, and that was with the TiW form filled out. The guy at the window commented on the TiW being filled out, how it made it easier, but he may have just meant that way he had all the info in front of him. Which ever, I'm not going to worry about it. Just thought anything to make someones job easier. (and get me on Mainstreet a little quicker. ;) ) Thanks again to everyone!!!

Getting the 6 APs will be time consuming regardless, but we've found that since we've had a TiW card in the past, they generally pull up my old account and use that. Are you renewing or getting all new APs. If you're renewing it will not take that long. If getting new ones, then it will take a little longer to enter info for each AP.

Thanks. Actually, this time we are only getting 4 AP's. (last time we got 6), plus the TiW & GAC. We are not renewing. (a year lapsed).
Thanks again for everyones help. If this is the only thing I don't have ready ahead of time, I guess I'm doing okay. :cool2: (knowing me I'll forget my airline tix or something.. hahah)

Wondering if someone can help me print an application ahead of time. The one I found available at this website www.disneyworld.com/tablesinwonderlandFL doesn't offer the dvc AP voucher option. TIA
I agree with others that an application isn't needed for Guest Relations.

In any event, it sounds as if you're getting an Annual Pass. Why are concerned that you can't find a TIW application with the DVC option?

Getting it connected with your AP will save you $25 over getting it as a DVC Member.

Annual Passholder Price: $75
DVC Member Price: $100

Only Florida residents and annual passholders are permitted to purchase the TIW via mail or over the phone. DVC Members (who aren't also a Florida resident or passholder) must purchase the TIW in person at a Guest Relations location. For this reason, I doubt they'll update their hardcopy application form to include a block for DVC member number, as the primary purpose of this form is for mail orders.

Thanks.

It wont be confusing just do things one at a time. We got a TiW card in January. We went to DTD to activate our Military Salute tickets and get the card. The card took about two minutes. The CM just needed to see my FL drivers licence. Like someone else said with an AP it is only $75 so don't worry about the DVC option.
