TIW purchase question

We are going to get the TIW card for our upcoming trip. I have to pick up my AP at guest relations in Epcot via will call. I believe I can buy the TIW card at the window at the same time, correct?

And, can I use Disney Reward dollars to pay for it? Since we will have between 6 to 9 people at some of the meals, it will really pay off for the days we are not on the dining plan!

Yes and yes to your two questions. You should have no trouble doing that at the IG while you are getting your AP.
