TIW / AP question

I have a will call number to pick up my AP when we get down there in December. Can I order a TIW prior to getting my annual pass? OR if I have to wait can I go to any guest relations to get both?

You can't get the card with a voucher or will call number any longer. You have to have the AP. You can do it right when you pick up the APs.

You can get both at guest relations.

Yes- I got both of mine at the MK window last year.

I was unable to pick up my annual passes via Will Call at Guest Relations at the hotel, last week. I had to go to the park and do it there. (And from there I was able to pick up TiW on-the-spot.)

To the best of my knowledge you have never been able to pick up a 'will call' AP at the resorts. Anything to do with APs has to be done at Guest Services at the parks, or at the main ticket booths there.
You shouldn't have any issue getting both at the same time.
