TIW and Cinderella's Royal Table

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has info on how you use TIW for Cinderella's Royal Table. They require payment in full when making the reservation. If you get the TIW card later, can you still get the discount for that meal? Also, do any reservations made have to be in the name of the person in the dining party holding the TIW card? Thanks for any help.

You just give them the TiW card @ the meal and they will refund you the 20% credit. They put it back on the credit card we used to make the reservation. And the name won't matter on the reservation.
