Titling your deed

Question for the hive... we have several resale contracts in the ROFR stage and I've noticed that one contract is coming from a trust and the other two are in the name of an LLC.

Is there a benefit to titling in an LLC instead of your name?

Both can be workarounds for probate, and both are easier to change in ownership than retitling several DVC contracts.

Also, LLCs buy and sell DVC professionally, like at foreclosure auctions or the buy it now kind of stuff. It's not like they're going to put those in the name of a person.
