Thats right its that time of the year again......COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON!!!! More importantly LSU football season.
There is only two seasons in Baton Rouge. Since it is always hot here....its summer and Football seasons. You know its football season by the migrating of the RVs. starting on Fridays hundreds or Rvs migrate to LSU's Tiger Stadium. The smell of burning charcoal fills the air. Sounds of the Golden Band from Tigerland are heard along side cajun zydeco from folks' stereo systems. Food, beer, and more food and more beer and football......it can't be beat.
GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!
(for those uninitiated geaux is pronounced go..its cajun)

I hope you enjoy your day of college footbal!!!
We went to the game, but left soon after the storm hit because we were SO cold! We didn't have ponchos or anything. The wetness didn't bother us, it was just the rain was so cold! Plus, ULM was not a game worthy of sitting through in the rain and then possibly getting sick afterwards. Now, maybe if I had had a bit more to drink before the game I would have stayed.
