Tired of waiting for codes...

We had a reservation for ASMo 5/24 - 5/30. $123/night with tax switched to POFQ $136/night with tax and AAA discount. (15% off). I had read many posts about codes not being released because people were booking at rack rate and then waiting for codes to re-book. This is exactly what I was doing and I decided that I did not want to be part of this problem. I am pleased with the AAA rate, afterall before I became familiar with these boards i always paid rack rate.

Well, you can always wait to see what comes up and call ASAP to get that code...

Paying rack rates was bad but it could have been worse to buy a package like we knew them last year. Then you'd have lost hundreds or thousands of dollars...

I called Disney to check availibility for the last week in May and the Cm told me I was better off booking the room now and then when the codes are released I could change it at that point.

I was tired of waiting for BC codes so I booked the Swan at $142.50. I thought that would be a better rate then the BC codes, if they ever come out
