Tired of mixing DL blog stuff with WDW

I need to sound off on Disney's blog and some other sites spending so much space on DL. Been there ... Never going back.

Bit I have been to WDW 30x and spend 20+ days in Fl. I want to hear about. WDW and not California so much.

Obviously you are reading a lot about DLR right now because the new Carsland just came out. I am guessing when the New Fantasyland is completed, you will be reading a ton of blogs on WDW. I actually like reading all the blogs about DLR, maybe since we are planning our first trip there next summer, I love reading all the fun things to see and do around there.

With my blog, I divide it into three categories: Latest News (this is where I "mix" WDW and DLR news into one because I consider them both to be Disney Parks news), WDW planning, and DLR planning. I've also got some videos and maps that are far, mostly, WDW. I've been trying to get more DLR content, though.

Part of blogs is "outreach" and I want to reach out to all Disney guests not just WDW ones. That being said, if you don't want to read about DLR I want to make it possible for you to do that without being bother with all of the DLR stuff.

If you don't like the way other blogs are set up, then start one yourself. I mean, they are DISNEY blogs and that also means they will include other Disney things besides WDW.

:/ I love Disneyland and Walt Disney World. I read news about both, because I visit both. I also read about Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo Disney, Disneyland Paris and the upcoming Shanghai resort. Guess what!? I plan on going to those parks as well. I'm also interested in other aspects of Disney not just Walt Disney World.

It's soo nice and all that you don't plan on going back to Disneyland, but others do. So tough it up buttercup, the interwebs are not yours and yours alone. Don't like a blog, don't read it. Simple enough.

whats your point? If you don't want to read about DLR then don't read it, or create your own blog. Not everyone is like you and you aren't the only person in existence that reads blogs. Plenty of people want to read about DLR and WDW, not just one park. Sorry you don't want to read about DLR but you are going to have to put your big girl/boy pants on and deal.

Poor OP.

I wish they'd have two different ones, too. I don't care about DL news and don't really want to read it. It would be so much nicer to get all the info I want - and just the info I want - in one spot.

Disney seems to be committed to acting like all the parks are one big thing.

Just because one reader doesn't like Disneyland, doesn't mean the blogs shouldn't cover Disneyland.

I'm going next month, I want to see Disneyland news.
